Kenneth Brown has been writing since 2004, though he didn't publish his first novel until 2018. He writes Young-Adult Fantasy novels that he likens to Harry Potter meets Treasure Island, as he tries to add a strong action-adventure element to each novel.

He first became interested in fantasy novels when he was in high school reading the Lord of the Rings Trilogy. He grew up reading Heinlein, Asimov, Clarke, Grafton, Cussler, Anne McCaffrey, and Robert Jordan.

When Kenneth isn't writing, you might find him hiking the trails in one of America's National Parks. His favorite National Park is whichever park he is in at the moment. He has walked across Spain doing the French Way of the Camino de Santiago starting from Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port in France. Walking in nature helps ground him for the novels he writes.
